Cancellation and Refund Policy — Volt Shopee

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, orders will be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are applicable if:
    ✅ The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (Razorpay, PayPal, UPI, Card, etc.).

  • Refund processing time: 7-10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Customer changes mind after order processing.

  • Minor variations in product color or design due to photography or screen resolution.

Return Policy:

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer must provide photos/videos of the issue before initiating return.
