VoltShoppe – Return & Refund Policy

At VoltShoppe, customer satisfaction is our first priority.
We partner with global suppliers through CJ Dropshipping, and therefore our return & refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and logistics partners.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Cancellations

 You can request cancellation of your order within 6 hours of placing the order.
 Once the order is processed and shipped (usually after 6 hours), cancellation is no longer possible.
 Cancellations requested after shipping will not be accepted.


Returns & Replacement Eligibility

Since we ship internationally and work with multiple warehouses, we do not accept returns unless:

 The item is damaged during transit
 The wrong item was received
 The product is significantly different from the product listed on the website

In these cases:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear pictures or videos of the issue (damaged product, wrong item, etc.)

  • Provide your order number and registered email


Refund Policy

Once your claim is verified:

  • If the product is damaged / wrong item:
    ➡️ We will issue a full refund OR ship a replacement free of cost

  • If product is missing from shipment:
    ➡️ We will issue a full/partial refund

Refund processing time:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/PayPal/Card)

  • It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account


Non-returnable Situations

⚠️ Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

❌ You ordered the wrong product/variant by mistake
❌ You provided an incorrect delivery address
❌ You changed your mind after product was shipped
❌ The delay was caused by customs, natural disasters, holidays, or courier delays
❌ The product is refused at customs due to buyer-side reasons
❌ Minimal color differences due to screen settings


Shipping Timelines & Delays

👉 Since we are an international dropshipping store, orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

👉 Estimated delivery times:
🌎 International delivery: 10-25 business days

Delays may happen due to:
 Customs clearance delays
 Local public holidays
 High demand periods (like Black Friday)
 Global shipping issues (pandemics, strikes, etc.)

In such cases, we ask for your patience and understanding — your order is always trackable.


Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • You are NOT required to ship the product back yourself.

  • In case of verified damage/defect, CJ Dropshipping manages the return process — no extra charges for you.

  • We will either issue a refund or send a replacement depending on the issue.


Who Pays Return Shipping?

You do NOT pay for return shipping if the problem is verified (damaged, wrong product).
We cover the shipping fee through our supplier.


How to File a Return/Refund Claim?
